I am frustrated with the avatar. I don't know what I am doing wrong and the help screens don't seem to answer my problem. I have created the avatar but on my home computer the buttons to export it to the blog are missing. I can see the page when I'm at work, but I'm not at school this summer and enjoy the time I have at home to do these activities. But I've spent hours searching for the answer to my problem and am going nowhere. I figure it must be some setting on my home computer that doesn't allow all of the Yahoo page to load, but I can't find out what to change to make it work.

First Try- Lesson 2 6/13/2007

This is my first attempt at "blogging" and I'm very nervous about all of this. I am glad to have the opportunity to learn a little about the web's power at my own pace this summer when I have time to experiment. As my kids need our computer during the school year, this format will be easier on both of our learning needs. Over the course of these lessons, I hope my blog entries will become more substantive, but I am happy to have learned this much so far.
